How long is each coaching session?
Sessions typically last between 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the package or program you choose. We can customize the length based on your preferences and we can re-adjust anytime. Similarly, we can meet weekly or biweekly based on your needs and wishes.
How many sessions will I need?
Coaching, being result-oriented, usually requires much fewer sessions than most therapies. The exact number depends on your goals and the complexity of the challenges you're addressing. Some clients benefit from a few sessions, while others prefer ongoing support over several months. I recommend starting with an initial consultation to determine what works best for you.
Can I have online coaching sessions?
Yes! All coaching sessions are conducted online via Zoom or Google Meet, making it easy and convenient for you to access coaching anywhere in the world. Online coaching has huge advantages in creating intimate, comfortable, and powerful coaching sessions.

I am a certified life coach trained in specific approaches like the person-centered approach and the Egan model. I have experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds, helping them achieve personal and professional transformations. Furthermore, I hold two University degrees and a Level 3 Iyengar Yoga Certification. I bring over 30 years of experience in business, entrepreneurship, and mind-body growth.
